How our service works in 4 easy steps

1	Buy your lessons. We will email you a receipt and a Timetable. We aim to have a teacher available from 04.00 to 22.30 GMT, Monday to Friday.
2	Email us the time and the teacher you choose. We will email you confirmation
3	Your teacher will call you for your lesson
4	Book your next lesson with your teacher or email us your choice

Lesson Prices:
Each lesson is 30 minutes or you can take 2 lessons together if you like.

Please note that all lessons must be taken within 6 months of purchase.

Refunds:
If you decide you do not want to continue, we will refund any lessons you have not used within 14 days of purchase. After this 14 day period, no refunds can be claimed.

All phone costs are included in the price of the lessons, for the following countries:

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Rubublic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States (and most US and Canadian mobiles), Venezuela, Zambia.
